Northcote Apartments

Fraser Ave is a 102-apartment project for NZ Living. This project continues the ongoing work by Brewer Davidson with NZ Living to design high quality, three-storey, walk-up apartments.

The block is located in the suburb of Northcote – a vibrant and diverse community which is reflected through the art and design of the project. The site is broken into five smaller blocks which allow for sun and green spaces within the development while still maintaining resident’s privacy. These spaces provide opportunity for neighbours to meet and socialize and create a community amongst themselves. Brick fins enclose private balcony spaces for homeowners as well as creating a visually strong and active street presence.

The design includes affordable apartment designs as part of the government’s KiwiBuild program.
