Our Mason Square Apartments project has been featured in an online article by the New Zealand Herald. The location next to Council's library/pool/gym complex and Otahuhu Town Centre as well as a short walk to the Otahuhu Train Station is proving attractive for purchasers. The affordable pricing is across the whole scheme and not restricted to a 10% SHA type requirement.

Progress on site at Oxford Area School, one of the four schools in the North Canterbury Schools Project. Wall and roof framing progressing. We are pleased to see the clerestories taking form.
The roof is lifted into place on the new gynamsium/hall as construction is well underway at Waterview Primary School, Brewer Davidson's latest school project.
Brewer Davidson would like to thank Project Unite Limited for providing us with this video.
Project Unite were the installers of the Kingspan roofing and cladding at Westmere School.
The Ministry of Education has awarded a contract to BrewerDavidson for the design of new style modular transportable classrooms. This contract has the potential to deliver over $100 million worth of modern and moveable school buildings over the next 10 years.
The contract will deliver at least 50 transportable classrooms each year, and more can be delivered if needed. These new buildings will provide better teaching environments for our educators, and better learning spaces for our kids.
The transportable buildings are high quality. But they have the added advantage of being more adaptable and relocatable. Schools can reconfigure the buildings to support a wide range of teaching activities. They can double and triple the space to accommodate more students as required.
