Clayton Park School

The Clayton Park School masterplan required flexible learning spaces and generous outdoor areas for the multistoried
new classroom blocks. The masterplan design further allows for a ‘future proofed’ design which can be added to at a later date without compromising the architectural design of the school.

Relocatable classrooms were used during construction to provide greater flexibility throughout the build. These classrooms have since been retained on site. The site had a number of geotechnical and topographical challenges which were mitigated with retaining walls and the careful placement of the new building blocks.
