340 Onehunga Mall

340 Onehunga is a 42-apartment project for NZ Living. It continues the development of the three-storey walk-up apartment typology following on from NZ Living’s Mason Square project.

The front building is located parallel to Onehunga Mall to create an active street presence. Behind this the second building steps up the site under a long sloping roof. Brick fin walls enclose the north facing balconies of this building creating a strongly modelled façade.
