Highgate Residential Masterplan
A landscape buffer was located on the Wainui Road frontage to separate residential and commercial buildings. Brewer Davidson proposed that a strip of housing with the land-use change on a back boundary was a better urban design solution. Brewer Davidson worked with Planning Focus to have the area designated as a Special Housing Area and have had resource consent approval for the masterplan and house designs.
