Rotorua City Urban Design Framework
Brewer Davidson was engaged to design a framework for revitalisation of Rotorua's city centre. Key focus areas were identified to act a growth catalysts. These were the waterfront, QE Hospital site, Tutanekai Street and the southern edge along an arterial road. The framework was then used to identify changes in the Proposed District Plan.
