Kapiti Centres and Connectors
This project involves town centre urban design frameworks for Paraparaumu, Waikanae and corridor plans for Kapiti Road and the existing State Highway 1. Some of the changes become possible with the completion of the Mackays to Pekapeka Expressway. Brewer Davidson have led the urban design and been involved in community and key stakeholder consultation. The project is in collaboration with BECA and Boffa Miskell.
